Sponsor our Garden for the 2025 Season!

As we enter our 26th year of serving our community, we’re reminded that healthcare is about so much more than a 15-minute check-up. It’s about dignity, connection, and addressing every part of the puzzle.  Healthcare isn't just about doctor visits or prescriptions anymore. It's a much broader concept that involves the social determinants of health—things like where you live, how you get around, your access to healthy food, and your mental well-being. All of these factors play a huge role in a person's overall health. It’s about creating environments where people can thrive, not just survive. 

That’s why, every summer, we grow a vibrant community garden at the Downtown Clinic. The produce we harvest goes directly to our clients, providing nourishment and care that starts from the ground up.

But our garden isn’t just about food. It’s a place of joy and healing. We gather flowers for bouquets because everyone deserves a little brightness in their day. And we’ve created a peaceful, green space where our social worker and mental health professionals can meet with clients in an environment that feels safe, welcoming, and calm. The garden serves as a reminder for staff and volunteers of the unique space where they spend their day, as well as a place to take a breath of fresh air as they walk into the clinic to begin each day.

This year, our goal is to raise $10,000 through garden sponsorships. Can you help?  Your support extends beyond helping the garden bloom. It'll help provide free primary care, social work, nursing, and specialty appointments for those who need them most.
